Order cancellation requests will be accepted only within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
AY Collections follows a strict no-refund policy, except in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Refund or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear, unedited images or videos as proof. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
All refund or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by AY Collections. The company reserves the sole right to approve or reject such requests.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business working days through the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges, transaction fees, convenience fees, and other applicable charges are non-refundable.
Refunds shall not be provided for reasons including customer preference, dissatisfaction, minor color variations, sizing issues, or delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.
AY Collections reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
